Nicole's adventure in hoop dance began in the summer of 2004 at the Firefly Arts Festival in Vermont.  She has since performed in various venues and events around New England and Los Angeles, CA.  Nicole loves hoop dance for its meditative nature, healing qualities, and how it teaches the body new things.  She grew up as a dancer, specializing mostly in tap dance, and has taken her love of movement throughout her adult life in the form of hoop dance and regular yoga practice.
